Eeoc Diversity

Equal opportunity in the workplace is the main objective of the EEOC. Diversity in the workplace can only serve to benefit the employer and the employees. Having a mix of employees means there is more knowledge and talent brought to the table. The older employees can teach the younger employees all they've learned over the years, while at the same time, the younger employees can introduce the older employees to the newest technologies. These benefits make for a stronger and more unified work force, the benefits of which are passed on to the consumer.
