I filed an age discrimination complained almost two months ago and have not heard a word back yet. What do I do?

Aggrieved parties who have reason to believe they are the subject of discrimination on the basis of age may qualify for an extension of the 45-day time restriction if they show that (1) they were not aware and reasonably should not have been aware that the discriminatory conduct took place, (2) they were not informed of the time limitations and were not aware of them, (3) notwithstanding due diligence, circumstances outside of their control prevented them from complying with the time limits and contacting the counselor, or (4) there were other justifications deemed sufficient by the EEOC or the agency.
